Comment est calculée la taxe d'habitation en 2026
Taxe = valeur locative brute × (taux global + majoration × part communale) + frais de gestion. La valeur locative figure sur l'avis de l'an dernier ; elle est revalorisée chaque année. Le simulateur de taxe d'habitation pré-remplit les taux de toutes les communes de Bas-Rhin : choisissez la vôtre, puis saisissez la valeur locative.
La majoration est votée par le conseil municipal dans les communes classées en zone tendue. Un dégrèvement peut être demandé si le logement est conservé pour des raisons professionnelles à proximité, ou si son occupant est hébergé durablement en maison de retraite (sous conditions de revenus) : liste nationale des communes qui majorent et conditions.
